Proper planning

Planning is important in most things, as the saying goes proper planning prevents piss poor performance, and Mr. H loves to plan. We once went on a hotel stay we had forgotten about and it went so poorly because he hadn’t planned for it. Now I’m not saying I dont like a plan, because I do, but I also love spontaneity.

I’m feeling really motivated after the 2 lb loss and we have planned our menu for this coming week carefully. When the shopping arrived I seem to have forgotten to order some items we needed though. Peppers, strawberries, mango, carrots and cat food did not arrive, so we will have to buy some supplies. This will have to wait until after my procedure on Wednesday as we are in isolation until then.

On Saturday J decided to walk to the shop and Mr. H allowed me to give him a blow job. I loved hearing him moan, obviously enjoying the experience. I am horny and unfortunately I am heading for the point where I become shut down. It has been 16 days since I was allowed to climax and I am craving it. Sex is one of the things that gives me a feeling of being connected, but it only works well when I am facing Mr. H. I remember reading once that having sex doggy style all the time means your partner is thinking about someone else because they do not want to see your face. Now I am sure that is bollocks, but when you have a fragile self esteem like I do, once thoughts like that get into your head, they are hard to get rid of.

Fingers crossed next weekend when J is at work, Mr. H and I will have some playtime and I will feel a little better. In the meantime, I am focusing on following the diet plan and losing this weight.

Slimming World Terminology

There are a number of terms used in the slimming world plan, here I hope to explain what they are.  If there are any other things you don't understand leave a comment or use the contact form and I will update the list.

  • Free. These are foods that can be eaten without weighing or measuring.  Generally fruit, vegetables, pasta, rice, lean meat, beans pulses and lentils.  
  • Speed. These are free foods that help you loose weight.  The more of these you eat, the more weight you lose.
  • Healthy Extras.  These are foods that need to be weighed or measured but are also essential to a healthy diet.  Cereals, bread, milk, and cheeses. 
  • Syns.  These are the foods that you have to record most carefully.   Chocolate,  crips or chips, biscuits or cookies, fast foods, pastries,  desserts, cake... etc.
  • Group.  This is the slimming world group, or other slimming club group that you might attend when following a franchise style diet.  Once a week you attend to be weighed on a calibrated machine.  Rewards are given out for achievements (usually every half stone lost). 
  • Consultant or Group Leader.   The person who runs the previously mentioned group.

  4. That’s a great picture, fishnets are so sexy! I recently lost 20 kgs by cutting down calories and going from a vegetarian to a vegan diet. And walking at least 30 minutes a day. Once you got the motivation, keep going, it takes a while to get used to a new lifestyle or diet change. I hope you will reach your goals ❤
